Specialized Plants: Do you love succulent plants but aren't quite sure about what makes a plant a succulent? Succulent plants are becoming so popular now and if these plants peak your interest, then this is just the program for you. While this powerpoint program is aimed at the novice plant enthusiast, there are sure to be some surprises for those of you who consider yourselves experts. Barbara Schulze, SACXS Board Director will guide the audience through the basics of plants, adaptations for survival in various habitats, and explain how to tell the difference between xerophytes, succulents, and cactus.
